I bought it from one of my friend for £5. And it also came with an 8GB microSD card! Just as I thought the 8GB Micro M2 card that came with my Sony Ericsson W595 for £19. 50, this is an even better deal!This Nokia 130 is the original 2014 version.
However, it's a later unit as the sticker under the battery says it's by HMD Global, not Microsoft Mobile. It was made sometime in late 2016 to early 2017 (just before the of the 2017 version of the 130). The software version (type *#0000#) says it's from 02-12-16 (V13. The original owner purchased it RIGHT before the 2017 version was announced! (It was announced on July 17, 2017, and he got it less than a week earlier on July 13, 2017!)Quick update - I inserted a SIM card into it and I was able to access the warranty (from *#92702689#). It was made in 122016. So it IS a later unit.
So is 2 of my other phones by over a year after their release (my Nokia X2-00 was made in 112011 and my Sony Ericsson W595 was made on 21 Oct 2009) so that just so happened to be a . This Nokia 130 is locked to Tesco Mobile; it isn't unlocked. So I cannot use this for calling or texting. Anyway, thanks for watching! I'll see you all later!. .
